A knowledgeable and friendly service.

We have used TED’s services several times since moving into the area and have always received a knowledgeable and friendly service. The most recent time was part of a remodelling project of our kitchen to fit new worktops.
Jason’s team removed the old worktops etc in preparation of having the new one fitted. Following installation they returned to fit the tap and reinstall the hob.
Prior to the worktop installation we realised that we required a cradle to be made to support a new undercover sink and Jason was able to organise this at short notice.. During worktop installation, the cradle needed a minor adjustment, again Jason was able to arrange for this to be done, at very short notice.
We appreciate the service that the TED team provide together with their professional and flexible attitude.
We would have no hesitation in recommending TED Construction and Development.

Cannot sing their praises highly enough

Jason and his team built an extension to double the size of our existing dining room to accommodate a home office area. I can not sing their praises high enough. Their attention to detail is exceptional and they are highly professional and have executed the perfect job. On top of this they are the nicest, reliable and most polite people to have in your property while major construction is under way.

With all major jobs there are always unforeseen issues but Jason and his team continually went over and above our expectations to sort problems out and provide excellent advice and help.

I am so pleased we choose TED construction and wouldn't hesitate to promote them to anyone thinking of extending their property as we have.

TED construction is a credit to the building industry and I wouldn't hesitate to call them back if we have any future building plans.

Professional and friendly

From start to finish, our experience with TED Construction & Developments has been an absolute pleasure. Everyone is so professional and friendly and they’re such a great team to have around. They always keep to every promise, and their communication is second to none. We always felt informed, we knew exactly what was happening and when, and all the building control inspections were managed expertly without us even needing to worry about anything.

The TED team are all so proactive, and so considerate. We were so worried about having work done with our dogs around, but everyone was so kind and caring, always making sure that nothing was left laying around and always thinking about where the animals were so they didn’t get out or get injured in any way. I’ve also never known a team of builders to be so clean! I was always so impressed at the end of the day that everything was always tidied away and swept up so that it was spotless!

Jason always asked if everything was ok, I always felt so relaxed about everything and I always felt that I was able to discuss anything with him. There was always really open and honest communication, and you can tell that the whole company really just wants the customer to be happy- it’s well and truly at the forefront of what they do.

I found the whole team to be trustworthy, reliable, friendly and just so ethical. I would (and do!) recommend TED in a heartbeat! It’s so hard to find genuine people in the building industry and I feel so lucky to have worked with the team at TED. I’ve not only found a first class building company, but I’ve gained great friends, and there’s not many people that can say that about their builders!

The whole team are just brilliant

Since moving into our chalet bungalow a little over 2 years ago, it was clear early on that we would need a builder that was reliable, good at his job, came with some suggestions as well on target price wise. Needing a fairly considerable amount of work as there were a number of internal updating jobs that needed undertaking. Fortunately, by chance, we came across Jason from TED construction.

From our first meeting, which was to discuss the removal of an interior supporting wall, we felt that we had luckily found a professional we could trust. Polite, knowledgeable and helpful to the core, we took the plunge and went with him. Are we glad we did!!! Jason and his team have been brilliant. There are impeccably tidy, considerate and polite. Quotes provided are stuck to, with any additional works being discussed and separately quoted, with no obligation to commit.

The whole team are just brilliant. Communications are regular, both on the phone, in person and via email, Having completed the wall removal and subsequent additional renovation that came to light, we moved on to the next project, a kitchen replacement. A new oak staircase is the most recent install that he has undertaken, and once again, it has surpassed our expectations. I have total trust in the whole team Ted Construction; Jason is not one for simply making do and taking shortcuts, and I have total confidence in every aspect of his work.

Reliable company, great communication

Nine days from first contact to completion of job; although a small job (boxing in boiler) - this is pretty good going. Utterly reliable - the build looks great

We used TED recently to build a bedroom above our garage, extend our bathroom and various other jobs. We had all sorts of problems finding a company at first. However, Jason (TED) was the only guy who from Day 1 always kept every appointment, quote, and commitment, on time. 

When we engaged him, he and his team were a pleasure to have in the house (if you overlook the chaos involved in any build). They were friendly, considerate, even fun. I could not fault them. Yes, there were a few ups and downs, but nothing that I would not consider a routine part of a build. Again, Jason was utterly reliable - even to the extent of volunteering to come out in the middle of the night to fix a problem. 

We are very happy with the end result. The build looks great. I am very happy with the quality. All that said, he is not cheap. I am sure I could have got it done for less. We did have to wait a while before he could fit us in. But given the peace of mind in terms of reliability, quality, and interpersonal relationships I think TED were definitely worth the money. I would use him again, and probably will.

The level of finish is second to none

We used TED Construction recently to build a new extension at our home to connect our kitchen to detached garage giving us a larger dinning area and most importantly an office space as I am now a permanent home worker.

From the first meeting through to completion, Jason and the team have been fantastic and the finished job has exceeded our original plans and expectations thanks to Jason's experience and advice.

As the build progressed we encountered some challenges but with Jason's skills and vision these were overcome giving a much improved outcome over the original plans. Jason expertly dealt with communicating these changes to the planning department and building control to ensure we remained compliant.

The entire team were courteous, professional, reliable, tidy and a real joy to work with. We had good fun along the way and Jason was 100% transparent with great communication throughout the project.

The level of finish is second to none and the project was completed on time and within budget.

I would highly recommend TED Construction and I look forward to working with Jason and the team on our next project which we are already discussing.

Communication was exceptional

Jason and his team did a great job on my property and left the house very clean and tidy when they had finished. They were repairing, replastering and redecorating the internal walls upstairs.They did the work for me whilst I was out of the country and kept me very well informed about progress throughout. Another excellent and professional job done in repairing storm damage to our roof. Very clear explanations throughout as to the work, cost, completion dates etc. Clean and tidy work and first class back office communications. More than happy to use again.
